Online Taekwondo

Ahn’s Taekwondo is pleased to offer an Online program for those who are short of time, out of the area, taking medical precautions, or shy about exercising with others! We are committed to making Taekwondo accessible to all who need or want to learn. Classes are held live via Zoom in small groups so students can get the most out of each lesson. Level-appropriate prerecorded videos will also be provided so students can ensure that they are practicing correctly.

One of the benefits of an online education is that you have the flexibility of when and where you would like to train and practice. If you have your uniform, an internet connection, and a space, you can take class from anywhere in the world!

Taekwondo skills including basic motions, poomsae, kicking, breaking, etc. will be covered.  Our online program is also available for professional level instruction, especially for official Kukkiwon-approved poomsae.

Structure is a necessity for growth, but children can’t do it alone all the time, and by joining our online classes, the children will have something to do without the help of an adult at least for a little while. You can rest assured that they are preoccupied following along with our moves and instructions, giving them a scheduled activity with structure. It can be a great supplement to homeschooling. Kids and adults alike have to manage anxiety in stressful times. There’s evidence that regular exercise is an essential component of good mental health. Taekwondo can help with feeling less stress, anxiety, and be equipped to focus on the mind-body connection.
